Water, Rapeseed Oil, Vinegar, Modified Potato Starch, White Pepper, Sugar, Cracked Black Peppercorn, Salt, Mustard, Onion Powder, Yeast, Skimmed Milk Powder, Garlic Powder, Caramel, Xanthan, Guar, Rosemary Extract.

Steak Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 x 6oz sirloin steak
• 1 x white onion
• 1 x ciabatta roll
• 1 x Really Saucy Creamy Peppercorn Sauce

Cooking Method

• Griddle steak for 4 minutes each side on very hot griddle.
• Thinly slice onions & add to a separate hot pan.
• Cook until golden brown & then generously add Really Saucy Creamy Peppercorn Sauce.
• Finish by putting steak in ciabatta roll & cover with onion & Really Saucy Creamy Peppercorn Sauce.
